Mundial 2100 Series cutlery are fully forged from a piece of high carbon chrome molybdenum stainless steel, resulting in a thicker, stronger and more resilient blade that can cut through even the toughest food materials. The high-quality stainless steel retains a sharper edge for longer, but can still be easily sharpened for simple maintenance. Mundial 2100 Series knives also undergo Mundial’s innovative blade grinding and polishing process, resulting in a satin-smooth blade with a mirror-like finish. This prevents food from sticking to the blade of your knife, while it also preserves the hygiene of both the knife and your food.

A full tang stretches from the blade tip to the steel-capped handles of Mundial 2100 Series knives, which provides additional stability and balance.
